If the product does not meet your requirements, it is sufficient to return it within 10 days in the original packaging (including the protective foil if it exists) in intact condition at: Piata Revolutiei, Nr. 11, Block E1, Ground floor, Botosani.
We undertake to change it for you or if you wish we will refund your money within 30 days from the date of return (by bank transfer to the account specified in writing by the customer) as follows:
• The product was returned at your request without a specific reason: we will refund the value of the product, the shipping fees being borne by you.
• The product was returned through our fault: we will refund the value of the product, the return shipping fees being borne by the company Ecoland Production. (The cost of the return is borne by Ecoland Production only if the return is made through the courier company Fan Courier.)
According to O.G. 130/2000, the consumer has the right to unilaterally cancel the order, notifying in writing or by telephone that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 days from receiving the product. The waiver of purchase is applicable only to individual customers (art. 2 letter b).
The law also stipulates that contracts for the supply of products that by their nature cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate rapidly cannot be unilaterally terminated (art. 10 letter c). Thus, the returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging (including the protective foil if it exists), with all related accessories / consumables, without traces of wear, modification or consumption, both in the case of the product as well as the accessories / consumables that accompany it, with the warranty labels intact and the original documents that accompanied it (fiscal invoice, warranty certificate, instructions for use, etc.).
ATTENTION: Unsealing the bottle is equivalent to canceling the return.
Upon receipt, the package will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, packages containing products in a state other than that in which they were delivered will be rejected, those that have not been returned using the same transport service with which the shipment was made, those whose return has not been notified in advance, and those that contain products damaged during transport due to improper packaging.
