Your access / visit to this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use, and implies your explicit acceptance of them and represents the agreement between the parties.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts:

• OG no. 21/1992 on consumer protection

• GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals

• Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices of traders in relation to consumers and harmonization of regulations with European legislation on consumer protection

• Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce

SC Ecoland Production SRL guarantees the user limited access, in personal interest (making online orders, information), on the ecolandshop.ro site and does not give him the right to download or to modify partially or completely the site, to reproduce partially or completely the site, to copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or without its prior written consent.

The entire content of the ecolandshop.ro site - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, emails, scripts, programs and other data - is the property of SC Ecoland Production SRL and its suppliers and is protected by the Law for copyright protection (law no. 8/1996) and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use without the consent of SC Ecoland Production SRL of any of the elements listed above is punished according to the legislation in force.

The ecolandshop.ro domain is owned by SC Ecoland Production SRL. The use of this trademark, domain or trade names, logos and emblems, in direct or "hidden" form (such as, but not limited to, meta tags or other indexing techniques, web search) without prior written permission is prohibited and is punished according to the law.

The products presented on ecolandshop.ro are produced and sold by SC Ecoland Production SRL. Product prices can be changed at any time. Check the final sale price before purchasing a product.

If the product does not meet your requirements, it is sufficient to return it within 10 days in the original packaging (including the protective foil if it exists) in intact condition at: Piata Revolutiei, Nr. 11, Block E1, Ground floor, Botosani.

We undertake to change it for you or if you wish we will refund your money within 30 days from the date of return (by bank transfer to the account specified in writing by the customer) as follows:

• The product was returned at your request without a specific reason: we will refund the value of the product, the shipping fees being borne by you.

• The product was returned through our fault: we will refund the value of the product, the return shipping fees being borne by the company Ecoland Production. (The cost of the return is borne by Ecoland Production only if the return is made through the courier company Fan Courier.)

According to O.G. 130/2000, the consumer has the right to unilaterally cancel the order, notifying in writing or by telephone that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 days from receiving the product. The waiver of purchase is applicable only to individual customers (art. 2 letter b).

The law also stipulates that contracts for the supply of products that by their nature cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate rapidly cannot be unilaterally terminated (art. 10 letter c). Thus, the returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging (including the protective foil if it exists), with all related accessories / consumables, without traces of wear, modification or consumption, both in the case of the product as well as the accessories / consumables that accompany it, with the warranty labels intact and the original documents that accompanied it (fiscal invoice, warranty certificate, instructions for use, etc.).

ATTENTION: Unsealing the bottle is equivalent to canceling the return.

Upon receipt, the package will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, packages containing products in a state other than that in which they were delivered will be rejected, those that have not been returned using the same transport service with which the shipment was made, those whose return has not been notified in advance, and those that contain products damaged during transport due to improper packaging.

The photos with the images of the products are informative. The packaging may differ chromatically or in shape.
